01

Getting started

Who do you coach?

Cyclists and triathletes with full time jobs, families and busy lives. Most of our athletes train 6 to 12 hours a week and have a goal they care about.

How many hours do I need?

No minimum. Most of our athletes train 6 to 12 hours a week.

What kit do I need? Do I need a power meter?

You do not need a power meter to start. A heart rate monitor is enough for your coach to build and adjust your plan. A power meter or smart trainer gives more precise data, and your coach can advise on kit if you want to upgrade.

How do I start?

Book a free call, or start coaching straight away. After you sign up you fill in an onboarding form covering your history, schedule, kit and events, so nothing is guessed.

How quickly do I get my first plan?

Your coach starts building as soon as your onboarding form is in, and your first sessions land on intervals.icu and your devices shortly after.

Do you coach outside the UK?

Yes. Our coaches are based in Europe and the US, and we coach athletes worldwide.

02

The coaching

Is my plan really custom?

Yes, 100%. Nothing comes from a template. Your coach writes every session around your goals, physiology, schedule and feedback.

How is this different from an app?

Apps give you workouts. A coach gives you judgement: fatigue, work stress, travel and your feedback all shape what comes next. And when something comes up, you message a person, not a chatbot.

How do I talk to my coach?

Message any time on WhatsApp, with replies within 24 hours, plus a fortnightly call.

What if I travel or miss weeks?

That is the point of having a coach. Late meeting, sick kids, work trip: tell your coach and they move the plan, so you stay on track without starting again.

Can I use Zwift?

Yes. Your plan lives on intervals.icu and syncs to Zwift, as well as Garmin and Wahoo, so you can ride your sessions indoors or out.

Is it just bike sessions?

No. Strength & conditioning, nutrition, kit advice and event planning are included, plus pacing, fuelling and tactics for your key events.

03

Price and commitment

How much does it cost?

£99.99 a month plus a one off £4.99 setup fee. Everything is included in one package.

What is the commitment?

Monthly 1-1 coaching has a 3 month minimum, long enough for training to show results. The 6 week intro is a single payment with no setup fee and nothing further to pay.

Can I cancel after 3 months?

Yes. After the 3 month minimum, coaching rolls on monthly until you cancel. Just let your coach know in writing.

What is PB Destroyer?

6 weeks of 1-1 coaching for £79.99. No setup fee and nothing further to pay. A good way in if you are not ready for monthly coaching.
